My Fitness Journey
My fitness journey began 7 years ago when I found myself overweight, out of breath, and struggling just to get up off the floor. I was an observer of life, not a participant. It was then when I decided I did not want the second part of my life to spent sitting on the sidelines watching life pass me by.
​I began exercising and strength training on a weekly basis. Over time, I began to feel stronger and lighter. I am now in better shape than I was in my 30's. I feel strong and healthy. I now enjoy skiing, rock climbing, hiking and other activities with my family. I have a completely different life.
​Today my passion for helping others get fit is driven by my experience with strength training, fitness and weight loss. As your personal trainer, I can help you gain muscle mass, lose body fat, preserve bone density and develop a body that will burn more calories at rest, helping you to maintain a healthy weight. I’ll help you to achieve more than you may believe you are capable of, while making the process fun. My goal is to help each client integrate strength training and exercise into their daily routine, and my hope is that it becomes a part of their everyday life.
