Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer nutritional coaching?

I will provide all necessary equipment during our workout sessions, whether they are at my home studio or at your home. However, if you want to workout on your own, I would suggest investing in some dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells, and a yoga mat. As you get more comfortable working out, you may find that you want a more extensive home gym of your own, and we can discuss the most important equipment to have.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

No, I do not offer nutritional coaching as I am not a licensed professional. I can offer some advice from personal experience and research that I have done, but I can only tell you what worked for me. Nutrition is a complicated topic that is specific to each individual, so if you need an individualized plan, I can direct you to some resources that I have used in the past.

I have worked with clients with injuries including frozen shoulder, ankylosing spondylitis, diastis recti, MS, herniated disks, and tendonitis. I have also worked with pregnant clients. It is more than possible to workout with physical limitations or injuries, and in many cases, it can improve your range of motion and mobility. I believe that your physical health is of the utmost importance, and I will work with you to figure out how to best workout without injuring yourself further or causing excessive pain. Please keep in mind that I am not a medical professional, and you should always consult with your doctor before beginning a new workout routine if it applies to your injury.

What physical limitations are you familiar with and is it possible to workout with injuries?

What are the benefits of having a personal trainer?

Having a personal trainer can provide numerous benefits for individuals seeking to improve their fitness and overall wellbeing. Personal trainers can provide a customized training plan tailored to fit your specific needs and abilities and teach you the proper technique and form. Another benefit of personal trainers is their extensive knowledge on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Personally, I believe the most valuable aspect of a personal trainer is their ability to hold you accountable and make sure you maintain a consistent workout schedule.

What areas do you service?

Service areas include, but are not limited to, the following zip codes: 98074, 98053, 98075, 98029, and 98502. If you are outside of these zip codes, please contact me and we can work something out!

What if I do not have time for a 60 minute workout?

There are a few options available for people who do not have time for an hour long workout. The online sessions are only 45 minutes long and can be completed from your home to cut down on travel time. If you want to workout at my home studio for a shorter amount of time, please contact me so we can decide a length of time that works best for your schedule and adjust prices to reflect that.
