Plans and Pricing

There are four different types of workout sessions offered. The in-home private session or online session is great for people who want to workout, but feel as though they don't have the time to commit to traveling to a gym. The regular private workout and semi private workout sessions are great options for people looking to start or enhance their personal fitness journey, as more equipment is provided and more advanced workouts can be added into the routine. The private workout and the semi private workout will occur in the trainer's home gym. Each client will receive a personalized workout sheet to track their progress and to help them understand the exercises that they will be doing. 

If you do not see what you are looking for in the sessions below, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Group workout sessions are available based on my availability, so if you wish to workout with a group that is larger than 2 people, contact me so that we can figure out something that works best for you.
